Exchange - Return

 

- We exchange non used manufacturer damage product if you contact us within 3 days of product got delivered to your shipping address.

- Keep the packaging and the original invoice or order email of the product till you check your product is in proper condition.

- Please we may need photos of manufacturer damage product and photo for the invoice or the order email.

- Any manufacturer damage product exchange shipping cost is entirely on the customer.

- We are not responsible for any issue in which you find a manufacturer damage product if you are not contacted us within 3 days from the date of product got delivered to your shipping address.

- Make your right and correct product choice, because we do not have change, return or cancel any good condition product.

- If the product is not delivered to your shipping address for more than 44 days from the date of the purchase, please contact us as shown on the Contact Us page.

- For exchanged manufacturer damaged product, we are going to send you another same product or going to contact you to get your choice of getting a similar product to your purchased one or sending your money back if same product is out of stuck.

- The exchange process for manufacturer damaged product takes from 20 to 44 days from the day we received the manufacture damage product.

- Returned money is not in cash, will return it to your same payment method you did it on the product purchase. 

- Swimwear, socks, underwear or accessories exchange or refund are not acceptable.
